Okay, so I’ve been wanting to snag the new Ipswich Town home kit for a while now. I’m a huge fan, and this year’s design is just fire. I finally decided to pull the trigger today, and here’s how it all went down.

First, I hit up the usual spots, you know, checking if its sold anywhere. I wanted to see if I could snag a deal, or maybe find one with my preferred player’s name and number already on it. No luck there, unfortunately. Everything was either full price or out of stock in my size.
So, I decided to go straight to the source. Went to the official team shop. Boom! They had all sizes available, and you could customize it with any name and number. Score!
The Customization Process
This part was pretty cool. I got to pick my size (went with a Large, gotta have room for those matchday beers, haha), and then I could choose to leave it blank, pick a current player, or even put my own name on it.
I’m a big fan and decided to go with him. Typing in the name felt a bit surreal, like I was actually adding him to the squad, even though it’s just a shirt, you know?
After that, it was just a matter of adding it to my cart and checking out. Standard stuff – entered my shipping address, payment info, and all that jazz. I did double-check everything about five times, though. Didn’t want to mess up the order and end up with a shirt for someone else!

Waiting Game
And now, the hardest part: waiting. The confirmation email said it should take 3-5 business days to arrive. So the countdown has started, and now I can wear it proudly.
