Tmax 750 Yamaha Review, See What Owners Love and Hate About This Scooter!

I finally got my hands on the TMAX 750 Yamaha last weekend. It’s been something I’ve been wanting to try out for, I don’t know, like three years or something. I heard some talk about it online and got curious. Maxi-scooters are not really my usual thing. I’m more of a motorcycle guy, but I thought, why not give it a shot?

So, I went to the dealer and there it was. I have to say, it looked pretty sharp. I talked to the salesperson and took it for a test ride. That’s when I started to get hooked. This thing is smooth. The handling is really good, and it’s got some serious power for a scooter. I was really digging the way it felt on the road.

After the test ride, I thought about it for a couple of days. I mean, it’s a big decision, right? I went back to the dealership on Saturday, and I finally just bought it. Signed the papers, got the keys, the whole deal.

Then, I had to get the first service done. I usually do my own work on my bikes, but with this one, I decided to take it in. I have this three-year service plan that I paid about $900 for. That seemed like a decent deal, considering the first service alone was like $148.00. It’s convenient too. I can just bring it in, and they take care of everything.

What I Like About It

  • Comfort: The seat is super comfortable. I can see myself riding this thing for hours without any problems. Plus, you can put your feet in different positions, which is nice.
  • Convenience: It’s got all these cool features. Keyless operation, an adjustable screen, heated grips, and even a heated seat. It’s like they thought of everything.
  • Performance: Like I said, this thing is powerful. It’s fun to ride, whether I’m just cruising around town or hitting the highway. It handles great and it’s smooth.
  • Weather Protection: This is a big one. The TMAX gives you way better protection from the wind and rain than a regular motorcycle. That’s going to be really nice for longer rides.

I’ve been riding it all week, and I’m really happy with it. It’s a different kind of ride than what I’m used to, but I’m loving it. I can use it for my daily commute, which is about 50+ km each way. It’s perfect for that. And on the weekends, I can take it out for longer rides just for fun. I’ve already taken it on a few back roads, and it was a blast.

The Price Tag

Yeah, it’s not cheap. The new model starts at around $18,000. But for what you get, I think it’s worth it. It’s a top-of-the-line maxi-scooter with all the bells and whistles.

So, that’s my story with the TMAX 750 Yamaha. It’s been a fun ride so far, and I’m looking forward to putting many more miles on it. If you’re thinking about getting a maxi-scooter, I’d definitely recommend checking it out.
