Well, that there OU football calendar, you know, the one for that Oklahoma team? Getting it onto that Google thing, that calendar on your phone or computer, it ain’t as hard as milking a stubborn cow. Just gotta know the right teats to pull, you see?

First off, you gotta have that there SportsEngine thingamajig on your phone. I reckon most folks got it already if they’re following their young’uns games. If you ain’t got it, well, you better get on that, like a chicken on a June bug. You can find it where you get all them other apps, I reckon. Download that sucker and get it all set up.

Now, once you’re in that SportsEngine thing, you gotta find the “Schedule” part. It’s usually right there, plain as day. If you can’t find it, well, maybe you need new glasses, or maybe you just ain’t lookin’ hard enough. Poke around a bit, it’s gotta be there somewhere.

  • Open that SportsEngine app.
  • Find “Schedule”.
  • Tap that little calendar picture.

Once you find the schedule, you gotta look up in the corner, the top right one. You’ll see a little picture, looks like a calendar. That’s the one you want. Give that a tap, like you’re tappin’ a nail with a hammer. Not too hard, now, just a little tap will do.

Then, it’ll ask you what calendar you wanna use. You pick that “Google Calendar” one, the one with the big G on it. That’s the one most folks use these days, I reckon. If you ain’t got a Google account, well, I don’t know what to tell ya. Maybe go ask that neighbor kid, the one who’s always on his computer. He can probably help ya get set up.

Another way, if you’re on that there computer, not the phone, is to go to that team’s website. Now, I don’t know the name of it, but you can probably find it if you just type in “OU football” or something like that. Every team’s got one of them websites these days. Like weeds, they are, just poppin’ up everywhere.

Now, you go on that website, and look for something that says “Schedule” or “Calendar”. It’ll be there, somewhere. They don’t hide it too good, usually. Once you find it, you should see a button or something that says “Subscribe” or “Add to Calendar”. That’s the one you want. You gotta click on that, like a rooster on a worm.

Then you need to make sure that “Sync” thing is on. You see it at the top, next to where it says “Sync”? It better be switched on. Like a light switch, you know? On means it’s working, off means it ain’t. Simple as that.

If you make that team’s schedule your main one on Google Calendar. It is gonna show up as “Events”. Unless you done gone and changed the name of it to somethin’ else, which some folks do. Why they do it, I don’t know. Just makes things more confusing, I reckon.

  • Go to team website.
  • Find “Schedule” or “Calendar”.
  • Click on “Subscribe” or “Add to Calendar”.
  • Make sure the “Sync” is on.

If you using that other calendar, that Outlook one. The one that comes with that Microsoft stuff, it is gonna be kinda the same. You just gotta find the right buttons to push. I don’t use that one much myself, so I can’t tell ya exactly how to do it. But it can’t be too different from the Google one. Probably just looks a little different, is all.

Once you get it all set up, that OU football schedule should just show up on your calendar, like magic. You’ll see all the games, the times, the dates, everything. Then you won’t miss a single game, unless you forget to charge your phone, or you leave it at home, or somethin’ like that. But that’s on you, not on the calendar.

Now, sometimes it takes a little while for the calendar to update. Like when they change the time of a game or somethin’. Don’t panic if you don’t see it right away. Just give it some time, like waitin’ for water to boil. It’ll show up eventually. Maybe.

If you’re still havin’ trouble, well, I don’t know what to tell ya. Maybe that OU football calendar link to Google calendar is just too much for ya. Maybe you should just write the games down on a piece of paper, like we used to do in the old days. Or maybe ask someone younger to do it. That there technology stuff, it can be a real pain in the neck sometimes. That OU football schedule to Google calendar, it ain’t always easy. But, you can figure it out, I believe in ya!

Or just find that team’s schedule page, where it says OU football schedule. Then, add it to your Google Calendar by yourself. Game by game. It takes some time. But you know for sure you gonna have every game on your calendar that way, you know. And no need to worry about that sync thing. Just old fashion way, adding them to your Google Calendar one by one.

Anyways, I hope this helps. It ain’t rocket science, but it can be a little tricky if you ain’t used to all this newfangled technology. Just remember to be patient, and don’t be afraid to ask for help if you need it. Someone will help you, I am sure. Or you just write those games on a paper. Good luck, and go Sooners!
