How to Spot Fake Jordan 6 UNC: Dont Get Ripped Off!

Got a pair of those fresh Air Jordan 6 UNCs the other day. Man, I snagged them right off the SNKRS app. You know how it is, gotta be quick on the draw with those releases. Anyway, I was curious about all those replicas floating around, so I ordered a pair from one of those factories in China. Just wanted to see how they stack up, you know?

How to Spot Fake Jordan 6 UNC: Dont Get Ripped Off!

So, I got both pairs in hand, and let me tell you, it’s a trip. First thing I did was a good old-fashioned eyeball test. I lined them up side-by-side and just started looking for anything that jumped out at me. The real ones, they just have that certain something, you know? The quality, the way they’re put together, it’s just different.

I dove into the details. The logo, that Jumpman, it’s like, super crisp on the real deal. Everything’s proportioned just right, the hands, the ball, the feet. No blurriness, no smudges, nothing like that. But on the fakes, the Jumpman looked a little off, kinda lumpy in places, and not as sharp.

  • First, I checked out the overall shape of the shoe. The real ones have this sleek, defined look. The fakes were a little bulkier, not as streamlined.
  • Then I moved on to the materials. The leather on the authentics feels way nicer, more supple. The fakes, it’s like, they used some cheaper stuff. It’s not terrible, but you can definitely feel the difference.
  • I even compared the stitching. On the real Jordans, it’s tight and even, really clean. The fakes, the stitching was a little looser in some spots, and not as consistent.

I’m no expert, but after spending some time with both pairs, I feel like I could spot a fake pretty easily now. It’s those little things, the details, that really give it away. You just learn what to look for. Honestly, the build quality on the real deal is just worlds apart from these replicas.

Anyway, just wanted to share my little experiment. It was fun seeing the differences firsthand. If you’re thinking about copping some Jordans, just be careful out there. Do your research, and if the price seems too good to be true, it probably is. It’s worth it to get the real thing, trust me. There is really a difference between the fake ones and the real ones.

My Takeaway

Don’t get scammed by the replicas. Save your money and get a real pair from official channels. Then you will know what a real pair looks and feels like!
