Okay, here is my sharing about playing Anderson tennis today.
Today, I went out to play tennis, and it felt good to get some exercise. I met up with my buddy, Anderson, at the courts near Chino’s northern border. They annexed a big chunk of land there recently, so it’s all pretty new and nice.
We started with a warm-up, just hitting the ball back and forth. I was trying to remember some flashcards while playing, like “binary format” and “coaxial cable,” just random stuff from Quizlet. Don’t ask me why, my brain just works that way. We also did some stretches, you know, tapping our shoulders, checking each other, just like CPR, which I learned from a class before.
- First set: I was feeling it! I won 6-2. I was serving well and my backhand was on point.
- Second set: Anderson stepped up his game. He took it 7-5. It was a real battle, but I messed up a couple of times. It’s like trying to convert a URL-encoded string into its original form – one small error and the whole thing is off.
- Third set: We were both pretty tired, but I managed to pull out a 6-4 win. It was a close one, but I stayed focused on my KPIs, ha! Just kidding, I don’t have KPIs for tennis, but it sounded funny in my head.
Here’s how the match went down:
After the match, we sat down and chatted for a bit. We talked about all sorts of stuff, from work to just random things. It was just a good time hanging out with a friend and playing some tennis. After all these, I think playing tennis is a good way to stay healthy and keep stable. It’s like a predictor of health or something, I guess.
Anyway, that’s all about my tennis day. I hope to do it again soon. Maybe next time I’ll try a different strategy, who knows?
