Okay, so I stumbled upon this “Sam Shewmaker” thing and decided to give it a shot. I’m always up for trying new productivity hacks, or at least, that’s what I tell myself.

First, I Googled it, you know, the usual. Found a bunch of stuff, some articles, a few videos. It seemed like a big deal, so, you know, FOMO hit me hard. I decided to dig in.
My Dive into the Sam Shewmaker World
I started by watching some videos. To be honest, there are many methods and steps, all talking about similar things. So I get the general idea from those videos.
- First step, find something intersting me.
- And then, find someone already done it. Copy and try.
- Share it, no matter the result.
So I started try it, by some simple tasks. It’s still gonna take some practice to really make it a habit, I think. It’s not exactly rocket science, more like building up the muscle memory to do things consistently.
I started using it. I mean, really using it. I wrote things out, and make a simple plan.
The key thing, I think, is to find what you wanna do. Then find somebody else to learn and copy.

So that’s where I’m at. It’s a work in progress, and I did share my journey here. Not a perfect system, and maybe it doesn’t even work for everyone. I am still learning, but it is a good try.
