Okay, so I wanted to figure out who won the 2016 NL Cy Young award. It’s something I’ve been meaning to look up, and today I finally did it.
First, I opened my browser. You know, the usual routine.
Then I typed “2016 cy young nl” into the search bar. I could have been more specific, but I figured that would be enough to get me started.
I scrolled through the search results. There were a bunch of articles and stuff, but I was lookin for the official source, So,I find the one that looks like it’s from Major League Baseball.
My Findings
- I confirmed it! Max Scherzer won the award.
- I saw that he played for the Washington Nationals at the time.
- I quickly reviewed some stats.
It wasn’t a super complicated search or anything, but I finally got the answer I was looking for. Felt good to check that off my list!
