I remember when Rafael was just a little tyke himself. Always had a racket in his hand. Now he’s all grown up, with a son of his own. Time sure does fly, don’t it?

Growin’ up with a daddy like Rafael, that’s somethin’ special. He’s gonna learn all about tennis, that’s for sure. But he’s gonna learn other things too. How to be a good man. How to be strong. How to never give up.
Rafael, he’s a fighter. Always has been. He’ll teach his son to be a fighter too. That’s important, ya know. Gotta be tough in this world. Gotta be able to handle whatever comes your way. And that Rafael Nadal son, he’s gonna be ready. I reckon he already is ready.
I seen him on the TV, Rafael. Playin’ in Sweden. They call it the Nordea Open. He was there, July 15th to the 21st, playin’ on that clay. They all welcomed him nice. That boy sure can play.

What’s in the future for that little fella? Only time will tell. But I got a feelin’ it’s gonna be somethin’ good. Somethin’ real good. He’s gonna make his daddy proud. He’s gonna make everyone proud. Even us old folks, watchin’ from afar.
