Okay, so today I want to share my little adventure with the Quartz Charm in Super Mario RPG. I’ve been playing this game again, and oh boy, the nostalgia is real!

The battle was intense! Culex hits hard, and his attacks are pretty wild. But I was determined. I used my best moves, healed up when needed, and kept the pressure on. It took a few tries, I won’t lie, but finally, I managed to beat him.
And guess what? He dropped the Quartz Charm! I was so stoked. I immediately equipped it on Mario. The description just says “Shining Source of Power,” which is kind of vague, but I didn’t care. It was time to put it to the test.
Right away, I noticed a huge difference. Battles that used to be challenging were now a breeze. I was taking way less damage, and my attacks were hitting like a truck. It felt like I was invincible! I even tried it out in some of the later boss fights, and it made them so much easier.
I also did some experimenting. I’d go into a battle with and without the charm. It really does halve the damage and boost your attack. It’s crazy how much of a game-changer this one item is. I mean, it basically gives you Attack Up and Defense Up status at the start of every battle. Not fair for the enemies, haha!
