Alright, so I decided to dive into this “PoE Divinity” thing today. I’d heard some chatter about it, and figured, why not give it a shot? I mean, gotta keep up with the times, right?

Getting Started
First, I tried to get some basic idea. I’d heard people talking about it before, so it can’t be all that difficult.
I watched some introduction videos on YouTube, and got a basic idea, let’s try it.
The Messy Middle
I jumped in. Seriously, no fancy tutorials, no hand-holding. I wanted to see if I can made a basic “Hello World” project.
Boy, was it a mess at first! I messed around with the interface, clicking buttons, trying to figure out what did what. There’s a lot going on in there! Lots of options, menus, and stuff. It felt a little overwhelming, not gonna lie.
- Created a new project, finally figured that out.
- I wanted to add some items, this took me some time!
- Fumbled around, eventually got something imported.
Making (Some) Progress
I’m finally getting used to it. I spent a lot of time figuring out the relationship between different items and figuring out how to get the results I wanted.

After a few hours of trial and error (and, let’s be honest, a few curse words), I started to get the hang of it. I managed to do some basic functions, and felt pretty proud of myself.
Still a Long Way to Go
Honestly, I’ve barely scratched the surface. I can tell there’s so much more to learn and explore. But hey, that’s part of the fun, right? It’s like a puzzle, and I’m slowly figuring out where the pieces fit.
My plan for tomorrow? Keep playing around, try some more advanced features, and maybe, just maybe, I’ll start feeling like I actually know what I’m doing. Wish me luck!
