Okay, so, let’s talk about this whole Frawley Street thing in Warwick. I got curious about it, so I started digging around.

First, I just did a simple search, trying to see what’s up with this street. Turns out, it’s a pretty normal residential street. I found out that like, 36 people live there. That’s not a lot, but it’s a decent number, I guess.
Then, I started looking at individual houses. I checked out 52 Frawley Street, just to get a feel for it. It’s a single-family home, 856 square feet, with two bedrooms. Nothing too fancy, but a good starter home maybe.
Looking at Various Addresses
After that, I got a little obsessed and started checking out other addresses. 4 Frawley Street got my attention. It’s another single-family home, but bigger, 1,040 square feet, and it’s got two beds and two baths. I looked at its sales history and tax records, you know, just to get the full picture. Seem like it was built in 1992, and hadn’t been sold yet.
- 32 Frawley Street: Another single-family home, even bigger, 1,650 square feet, 4 beds, 2 baths, built in 1960. I even found some photos of it, it looks nice.
- 40 Frawley Street: This one’s huge, 2,038 square feet, 4 beds, 2 baths. It was built way back in 1930. Looks like it was last sold in 2019.
- 37 Frawley Street: Another pretty standard single-family house.
I also found some info about a real estate company, Homesmart Professionals, and their phone number. They seem to be involved in selling properties on this street. They mention something about a remodeled Cape with an open concept and some nice hardwood floors.
So basically, after looking at all this stuff, I realized Frawley Street is just your average street with a bunch of regular houses. You’ve got smaller ones, bigger ones, some built recently, some older. It seems like a pretty normal neighborhood in Warwick, nothing too out of the ordinary.

It was kind of fun to play detective and learn about this street. I feel like I could almost live there now, knowing all this stuff about it.
