Alright, so I was messing around with this “les norman royals” thing today, and let me tell you, it was a bit of a journey. I’m no historian, but I got curious about the Norman kings and queens of England, you know? So, I decided to dig in and see what I could find out.

The Deep Dive
First, I opened up my browser – good ol’ reliable. I typed “les norman royals” into the search bar, and boom, a whole bunch of stuff popped up. Lots of websites, Wikipedia articles, the works. It was a little overwhelming at first, to be honest.
I started clicking around, reading bits and pieces here and there. I figured I should probably start with William the Conqueror, right? He’s the guy who kicked things off with the whole Norman invasion in 1066.
- I learned about the Battle of Hastings – pretty brutal stuff.
- Then I tried to piece together the family tree. William’s kids, their kids, all the marriages and power struggles… it was a bit of a headache, not gonna lie.
- There were so many Williams, * got confusing!
I spent a good chunk of time just trying to keep track of who was who. I even jotted down some notes on a piece of paper – old school, I know, but it helps me keep things straight.
Finally,I could see a basic timeline of the Norman kings. It wasn’t pretty , but it’s something.
