Hey everyone, it’s your boy back again with another one of my little adventures. Today, let’s talk about that Leicester City versus Chelsea match. Man, what a day that was!

So, first things first, I got up super early that day, it was a Saturday, November 23, 2024, to be precise. Why so early for a match, you ask? Well, the kickoff was scheduled for 12:30 PM at the King Power Stadium, but here’s the kicker – I had to be in front of my TV by 7:30 AM ET. Yeah, you heard that right, 7:30 in the morning!
I grabbed my phone and started looking for ways to watch the game. I found out that it was going to be broadcast live on TNT Sports 1. Perfect, I thought. But then I saw that the coverage was starting at 11:00 AM UK time. I quickly did the math and realized, that’s even earlier than I had planned! I set my alarm for 7 AM to make sure I was ready.
- Woke up: 7:00 AM ET, earlier than any sane person on a Saturday.
- Prepped: Got some snacks ready, a must-have for any match day.
- Tuned in: Flipped on the TV, found TNT Sports 1, and waited.
Finally, 7:30 AM rolled around, and there it was, live from King Power Stadium. The atmosphere was electric, even through the screen. It was a bit of a hassle, I don’t usually watch football matches that early, but the things we do for our teams, right?
The match started, and boy, was it a nail-biter. Both teams played their hearts out. I was glued to the screen, yelling at the players like they could hear me! It was intense, to say the least. I remember a few close calls that had me jumping off my couch. Crazy stuff, man.
The Aftermath
After the match, I spent some time looking for more info about the teams. I checked out Chelsea official app. I thought I could find some interesting tidbits there, or maybe some behind-the-scenes action, but nothing much.

Anyways, that was my day watching Leicester City vs. Chelsea. It was a rollercoaster of emotions, from the early morning wake-up to the final whistle. But you know what? I’d do it all over again in a heartbeat. That’s the beauty of football, it gets you hooked!
So, that’s my story for today. Hope you enjoyed this little ride with me. Until next time, stay awesome, folks!
