Okay, so I wanted to get some good reference photos of the Dallas Cowboys Stadium interior. You know, for, like, drawing and stuff. I figure, hey, a bunch of people have been there, surely there are tons of photos online. And there are, but man, it’s a pain to find good ones that really show the place off.

First, I hit up Google Images. Just typed in “Dallas Cowboys Stadium interior” and scrolled through. Found a few decent overview shots, but nothing that really captured the details I was after. You know, the stuff that makes it unique. Lots of crowd shots, some blurry phone pics, you get the idea.
Then, I tried a few different photography sites. I figured, maybe some pros had some good shots. Browsed through some online portfolios and stuff, but most of what I found was either exterior shots or, again, focused on the game, not the stadium itself.
Decided to get a little more specific. I remembered seeing some cool panoramic shots before, so I searched for “Dallas Cowboys Stadium interior panorama.” Bingo! That pulled up a few better results. Finally, some wide-angle shots that actually showed the scale of the place. Still not perfect, but definitely a step up.
- Google Images – too many random, low-quality pics
- Photography sites – mostly exterior or game-focused shots
- Searched for panoramas – much better, showed the scale
After that, I spent some time looking at virtual tours. There are a few floating around online. They’re kind of cool because you can “walk around” inside the stadium. Not as good as being there, obviously, but it helped me get a better sense of the layout and how everything fits together.
Finally, I dug into some architecture blogs. Figured maybe they’d have some good shots from when the stadium was first built or something. Stumbled across a couple of interesting articles with some behind-the-scenes photos. They weren’t exactly what I was looking for, but they were still pretty cool to see.

My takeaways
Honestly, it was way harder than I expected to find good interior shots of the place. But, hey, I learned a lot about the stadium in the process, so that’s something. Now I’ve got a decent collection of reference photos, so I can finally get to drawing!
