Alright, so the other day I kept seeing stuff pop up about an “Ice Spice POI” in Fortnite. Sounded kinda interesting, you know? Like, what even is that? Is it a real spot Epic added, or just something players cooked up? Curiosity got the better of me, so I figured, let’s dive in and see what’s what.

Firing Up the Game
First thing, obviously, gotta launch Fortnite. Took its sweet time loading up, as usual. While waiting, I was already thinking, okay, where would this thing even be? Probably not on the main battle royale map, right? Sounds more like a Creative mode thing people build.
Once I got to the lobby, I skipped Battle Royale and headed straight for the Discover tab. That’s usually where all the weird and wonderful custom maps hang out. My plan was simple: just search for “Ice Spice”.
The Search Begins
So I typed it in. “Ice Spice”. Hit enter. And waited.
A bunch of maps popped up. Not gonna lie, most looked kinda low-effort. You know the type, clickbaity thumbnails, weird titles. Stuff like “ICE SPICE 1V1 ARENA” or “ICE SPICE MUSIC ZONE WARS”. Not really a “POI” like I imagined, more like themed combat maps.
Still, gotta try something. I jumped into a couple of them.

- Map 1: Some kind of 1v1 pit. Had her picture plastered everywhere. Music was playing, kinda loud. Played one round, got wrecked by some kid doing crazy edits, and bounced. Not really the exploration vibe I was looking for.
- Map 2: This one called itself a “hangout” map. Looked a bit more promising. It was basically a big club scene. Again, lots of pictures, neon lights trying to match her aesthetic, I guess. Some avatars were dancing around. I walked around for a bit, checked out the different rooms. It was… okay? Felt more like a fan shrine than a place, if that makes sense.
I spent maybe 30-40 minutes hopping between different user-created maps. None of them really felt like a proper Point of Interest, like you’d find on the actual Fortnite island. They were mostly combat arenas or simple social spaces themed around her, built by fans.
Trying Something Else
Okay, so no official POI, and the fan maps weren’t quite hitting the spot. What else? I thought maybe people just gather somewhere on the main map? But that seemed unlikely and hard to track down. My next thought was, maybe I should just try and build something myself? Just for kicks.
I loaded into my personal Creative island. Totally blank slate. Now, I’m no master builder. My creations usually end up looking like weird blobs. But I grabbed some basic shapes, tried to make… I don’t know, maybe a stage? Threw down some orange blocks (kinda her hair color, right?). Put up some music speakers.
It looked terrible. Honestly. After about 15 minutes of fumbling around with the controls, rotating walls the wrong way, and accidentally deleting half my structure, I kinda gave up on that idea. Building requires patience I sometimes just don’t have after a long day.
So, What’s the Deal?
Basically, here’s the scoop from my little adventure: There isn’t an official “Ice Spice POI” made by Epic Games in Fortnite. At least, not that I could find anywhere on the main map or announced anywhere.

What you do find is a whole lot of fan-made content in Creative mode. People have built maps – fighting arenas, hangout spots, music maps – inspired by her. The quality varies wildly. Some are kinda fun for a few minutes, others are just… well, they exist.
So, if you’re looking for a specific place called the “Ice Spice POI”, like you’d find Tilted Towers or something, you probably won’t find it. But if you’re just looking to mess around in maps themed after her, head over to the Discover tab and type her name in. Just manage your expectations, yeah?
It was an interesting way to kill an hour or so, anyway. Mostly just reminded me how wild Fortnite Creative is. People will build anything in there. Now, what rabbit hole should I jump down next?
