So, the other day I was messing around on Snapchat, sending snaps to my friends, and I went a little overboard with the stickers. I mean, my screen was a chaotic mess of random images. It got to the point where I couldn’t even see the original picture I was trying to send! I knew I had to figure out how to clean this up, so I started poking around.

My First Attempts
My first thought was, “Okay, there’s gotta be a simple ‘delete’ button somewhere, right?” So I tapped on a sticker… nothing. I held my finger down on it… still nothing. I was starting to get a little frustrated. It seemed like these stickers were stuck there for good!
Figuring it Out
Then, I remembered something about how dragging things to the trash can icon sometimes works in other apps. I saw the trash can icon on the screen, and a lightbulb went on.
- I put my finger on one of the stickers I wanted to get rid of.
- I dragged it to the bottom right of my screen.
- I find the trash bin icon, and dragged it.
- It will become bigger and have a little “puff” animation. Boom! Sticker gone.
Cleaning Up The Mess
Once I figured out the trick, it was easy. I just went through and dragged each sticker I didn’t want to the trash, and poof! It would disappear. It was actually kind of satisfying watching my screen go from cluttered to clean. It took a few minutes to get rid of all of them, but it was definitely worth it. Now my snaps look much better, and I can actually see what I’m sending. I’ll definitely be more careful about how many stickers I use in the future, but at least I know how to clean things up if I go a little crazy again!
