Okay, so I’ve been itching to know, you know? That question popped into my head the other day – when does the new Drive to Survive come out? It feels like ages since the last season, and with all the F1 buzz starting up again, I really wanted to find out.

First thing I did was just grab my phone while I was having my morning coffee. Didn’t feel like firing up the whole computer just for this. Opened up my usual browser, you know, the one I always use.
Then I just typed it straight in. Something simple like “new drive to survive season release” or maybe it was “DTS season 6 date”. I don’t type fancy, just what comes to mind. Hit search.
Loads of stuff came back, obviously. You get all sorts – fan forums, news articles, some clickbait nonsense probably. Had to sift through a bit. Some pages were talking about Season 5, which wasn’t helpful, already seen that one! Needed to find something recent, something that looked kinda official.
I scrolled past a few results, looking for dates. Started seeing a pattern. A few different sites, some bigger news outlets that cover F1 and streaming stuff, they all seemed to be mentioning the same timeframe. They usually drop it right before the actual F1 season begins, to get everyone hyped up.
Finding the Date
And yeah, there it was. Multiple sources pointing to the same date. It seems like they’re sticking to the usual schedule.

- Checked a couple of entertainment news sites.
- Looked if Netflix itself had put out any press releases I could find easily.
- Even glanced at the official F1 news section just in case.
They all lined up. The date everyone’s saying is February 23rd. Makes sense, right? It’s just before the Bahrain testing and the first race. Classic timing.
So, that was my little mission this morning. Didn’t take too long, just a quick search while finishing my coffee. Good to know, though. Can finally stop wondering and just look forward to it. Always curious to see what behind-the-scenes drama they managed to capture this time around. Should be interesting seeing how they cover the Verstappen dominance and the battles further down the field.
Anyway, mystery solved. Calendar marked. Now just gotta wait a few weeks.
