Yesterday, I was scrolling through my Facebook, as usual, I saw a guy named Wanderson Silva. What caught my eye was his profile – 20K followers, which is a lot! So I clicked in to see what’s up with this guy.

Looks like he’s deep into something called the “Silva Method.” I had no clue what it was, so I did a bit of digging. It turns out this method was created by a guy named Jos Silva. This method is all about using meditation and visualization to boost your mental powers and personal growth. Sounds cool, right?
I got curious and started practicing some of the techniques Wanderson shared. One of them is called the “HoloViewing Technique” from the Silva Intuition System. The idea is to get insights into a problem and figure out how to fix it. Then, you use something called the “Mirror of the Mind Technique” to actually implement the fix. It’s like using your mind to see a problem in 3D and then tweak it until it’s fixed.
- Start with a problem: I had this issue with constantly procrastinating on my blog posts.
- Visualize the problem: I closed my eyes and imagined myself putting off writing, getting distracted, and feeling stressed about deadlines.
- Use the Mirror of the Mind: Then I pictured a mirror showing me the ideal scenario – me, sitting down to write, focused and motivated, finishing my posts on time and feeling great about it.
- Implement the solution: After doing this a few times, I felt a shift. It’s like my brain got rewired a bit.
Another thing I found is something called the “Mental Video Technique.” It’s also from Jose Silva, and it’s about using your mind’s eye to play out scenarios and solve tough challenges. I tried it with my procrastination issue too. I basically made a mental movie where I was super productive, enjoying the writing process, and meeting all my goals.
The Results?
Honestly, it felt a bit weird at first, just sitting there and imagining stuff. But after a few days, I started noticing small changes. I was a little less likely to put off writing. The idea of sitting down to write didn’t feel as daunting anymore.
I also learned that Wanderson seems to be a pretty educated guy. He’s got a Master’s and a PhD in Food and Nutrition from some university in Sao Paulo and even did an internship abroad. That made me trust his knowledge a bit more.

So, I kept at it with these Silva techniques. And you know what? It’s actually working. I’m not totally cured of my procrastination, but I’m definitely doing better. I’m writing more regularly, feeling less stressed, and actually enjoying the process. It’s like I’ve unlocked a part of my mind that I didn’t know was there.
I’m still exploring all this, but so far, it’s been a pretty cool experience. It just goes to show that there’s a lot of power in our minds that we often don’t use. Thanks to Wanderson Silva, I’m starting to tap into that power, and it’s making a real difference in my life.
