Next, I tried a few different searches, to refine my search.
- Then I tried “candidates CT senate 2024”. I figured this would narrow it down to the actual people running.
- And I also looked up “fundraising CT senate 2024” because, well, money talks, especially in politics.
This helped a bit! I started seeing some names pop up more consistently, and I was able to get a better sense of who the major players might be. I also found some interesting articles about how much money each candidate had raised, which was pretty eye-opening.
Deeper Research
I spent some time looking at a couple of news sites, just to get different perspectives. I figured it would be good to see how different outlets were covering the race.
