Okay, so here’s my experience trying to snag those elusive Celtics Eastern Conference Finals tickets.

Man, it was a rollercoaster! First, I jumped online the second the regular season ended. I was refreshing like a madman, checking all the usual suspects – the official ticket sites, you know?
I started to follow the Celtics official account and some fan accounts on social media platforms, and turn on the notifications. I knew the tickets will annouce there.
Then, it was all about waiting. And waiting. And more waiting. My anxiety was through the roof! I was constantly checking my email, my phone, everything.
The Presale Panic
- Finally, the email came! Presale access! I felt like I’d won the lottery.
- I clicked the link so fast, my fingers almost broke.
- And… the website crashed. Of course it did.
I must’ve spent the next hour refreshing that stupid page. I was battling thousands of other fans, all trying to do the same thing. It was brutal.
Trying My Luck
I tried to enter the presale code about 50 times. Each time, either the site crashed, or it told me the code was invalid. I was starting to lose hope.

Finally, by some miracle, I got in! I saw the seating chart, and my heart started pounding. I was so close!
I quickly found some seats that looked decent – not too nosebleed, not too expensive. I added them to my cart, held my breath, and clicked “checkout.”
Then after I quickly filled up my personal information and credit card info, I got the tickets!
I actually did it! It was stressful, chaotic, and I probably aged five years in the process, but I scored those tickets! Go Celtics!
