Figuring Out the Trick
So I was grinding MW3 last night when this stupid spawn trap kept wrecking me near the cargo containers. Thought maybe crouch-walking through the smoke grenade would make me invisible, but nah – still got domed twice by some camper with thermal sights. Felt like throwing my controller through the TV.
Testing Different Angles
Decided to mess around in a private match. First I tried putting claymores behind dumpsters, but the blast radius sucked. Then I stacked two ammo crates near the ladder and jumped on top – that’s when things got interesting. From up there, I could see over the shipping yard wall and actually hit their spawn point.
The Winning Combo
- Grabbed the lightweight shotgun for quick climbing
- Used decoy grenades on the opposite side as distractions
- Timed the crate jumps when UAV showed enemy positions
Almost got patched though! When the gas started spreading in Round 12, my ammo crates despawned mid-jump. Panic-rolled sideways and somehow landed on the damn sniper perch. Teammates thought I was cheating when I wiped their squad from there.
Why This Works
Turns out the killcam doesn’t show stacked objects properly. Enemy team kept reporting me but the replay just showed me floating in mid-air. Been using this for three days straight now – works best on Tank Factory and Scrapyard. Easy flank route once you nail the jump timing.
Would’ve been perfect except my kid brother tried it and fell through the map twice. Moral of the story? Don’t attempt fancy tricks when grandma’s playing Candy Crush on the same WiFi.
