So I got this Graveler sitting in my Pokemon game for ages, just taking up space. Been trying to evolve it forever but nothing worked until I finally figured out the trading trick. Here’s exactly how I did it step by step.
Step 1: Grab That Extra Controller
Dug through my dusty game drawer and found a second Joy-Con. Plugged that sucker in real quick. Gotta have two controllers linked up if you wanna trade with yourself on one Switch.
Step 2: Fire Up The Game Twice
Started Pokemon Scarlet on my main profile, then mashed the Home button and launched the game again on the second account. Took me three tries ’cause I kept messing up the button sequence like an idiot.
Step 3: Wander Around Wildly
Walked both characters outside the Pokemon Center into tall grass near Cortondo. Got jumped by like five Fletchlings while positioning them face-to-face. Annoying but whatever.
