Hey everyone, I’m back again! Today I’m diving into “A Bird in the Hand” quest in Hogwarts Legacy. It was a bit tricky, but also kinda fun.
Finding that darn Thestral Den
First off, I had to find this Thestral Den. I activated the quest and followed the path, which was pretty straightforward. I ended up near a spooky-looking forest area, filled with poachers. I took them out, no big deal – a few well-placed spells did the trick. I continued to move forward.
The Puzzle Inside
Inside the den, there was this puzzle with symbols on the floor and walls. To be honest, I was just playing around with the symbols, casting different spells like Accio and Depulso. After a bit of trial and error, I managed to match the symbols, and bam, a secret area opened up.
- Activated the quest “A Bird in the Hand.”
- Followed the path to the Thestral Den.
- Defeated some poachers along the way.
- Entered the den and found a puzzle.
- Used Accio and Depulso to solve it.
Meeting the Thestral
This is where I finally found the Thestral, such a majestic creature! But it was surrounded by more poachers. It was a bit more chaotic this time, but I kept my cool. I kept moving and casting spells, and soon enough, the poachers were down. I cast Wingardium Leviosa and placed it in the Nab-Sack. Then I returned to the quest giver to collect the reward.
Rescuing Poppy
After dealing with the Thestral, the quest led me to rescue Poppy from another group of poachers. I found her tied up near a tent. I sneaked around, taking out poachers one by one. A few silent takedowns and some well-aimed spells did the job. Once the coast was clear, I freed Poppy. I had a conversation with her in the forest.
That’s pretty much it! “A Bird in the Hand” was a cool quest. It had a bit of everything – exploration, combat, and even a little puzzle-solving. I hope this helps someone out there!
