Alright, let’s talk about my little project with the Honda NC700. It all started when I got my hands on this bike. It’s a cool ride, they call it a “New Mid Concept” series. Basically, it’s built to be easy to handle whether you’re just cruising around town or going for a longer trip. No surprises, very user-friendly, you know?
So, the first thing I did was take it for a spin. Felt good, real smooth. I noticed right away how they designed it. The gas tank, which is only about 14 liters, is tucked under the rear seat. Kinda small, yeah? But because of this placement and its size, the fuel efficiency is actually good.
Now, here’s the interesting part. Where the gas tank usually is, they put in a big storage space. Genius, right? I mean, who doesn’t need extra space?

Rode it around: First, I just wanted to get a feel for the bike. Took it around the neighborhood, then on some longer rides.

Checked the storage: I was curious about that luggage space. Threw in my helmet, a jacket, even some groceries once. Fit a surprising amount.

Noticed the fuel economy: Because of the small tank I always fill the tank to the max, so I didn’t really push it to the limit, but I did notice I wasn’t filling up as often as I thought I would. That’s pretty sweet.
