Okay, so this might sound a bit random, but yesterday I was kinda bored and ended up diving into the whole “is Lewis Hamilton gay” thing. You know how it is, just clicking around the internet rabbit hole.

First things first, I googled it. Plain and simple. Typed in “is lewis hamilton gay” and braced myself for the usual clickbait and speculation. There was a whole lotta nothing concrete, just forums and articles rehashing the same rumors and assumptions.
Then, I figured, “Okay, let’s see what Lewis himself has said, if anything.” I went digging through old interviews. I was looking for anything, you know, a statement, a hint, something. And the thing that kinda jumped out was this quote where he was talking about being super focused on winning and not having a wife or kids. It was something like, “I’m hungry, driven, don’t have a wife and kids… I’m focused on one thing, and that’s winning. That’s my No. 1 priority.” It stuck in my head because it was super focused on his career, which, fair enough, he’s a Formula 1 legend.
After that, I thought, “Well, maybe there are some interviews about his relationships?” I scanned through articles hoping to see maybe some details on past relationships, maybe something that would suggest something, but found nothing really. Just stuff about his high-profile relationships with women.
Finally, I just kind of accepted that there isn’t really any solid information out there. It’s all speculation and rumor. I ended up landing on the conclusion that his sexuality is his business and doesn’t really need to be anyone else’s.
Here’s what I learned, or more like didn’t learn:

- Googling stuff like this is mostly a waste of time.
- People love to speculate about celebrities’ personal lives.
- Sometimes, there’s just no real answer.
Basically, I spent a couple of hours going down a rabbit hole and came out with nothing concrete. But hey, at least I’m sharing my investigative journalism (or lack thereof) with you all. 🤷♂️
