  2. Ignore Everything Else, Just Pick An Action: Saw a bunch of nonsense categories. Ignored those. Scrolled down to a plain list. Tap “Record Time”. Picked “Morning Run”.
  3. Add A Number Like It’s 1999: Next screen? Just blank. Little blinking cursor. Typed “27”. Yeah, ran 27 minutes. That’s it. No graphs, no GPS, no fancy stuff. Just “27”. Hit “Save”.
  4. Repeat Step 2 For Sets: Back to the main screen. Hit Plus (+) again. This time scrolled, tapped “Count Sets”. Picked “Pushups”. On the blank screen? Typed “3×15”. Done “Save”.
  5. That’s Literally All: Went back to the main list. Saw “Morning Routine”. Opened it. Shows:
    • Morning Run: 27 mins
    • Pushups: 3×15

    And that’s all I needed.

Why This Sticks

Stop looking at the confusing labels. Forget the fancy words they threw on the buttons. Seriously, it’s just two buttons deep:

  1. Make new thing (Press Plus)
  2. Type what you did

Stopped trying to figure out their “categories” or “workflows”. Just tapped Plus and typed simple words and numbers. Finally felt like this app wasn’t fighting me. Started logging runs, weight sets, meditation time… takes maybe ten seconds per thing. Zero setup beyond those first five angry taps.
