Okay, so, I was really curious about this Andrew Levitt guy, you know? I’d seen the name pop up here and there, mostly because of Nina West, and I was like, “Who is this dude, really?” So I did what any curious person would do – I started digging.
First, I just did a simple search, just typed in “Andrew Levitt” to see what would come up. Lots of stuff about him being Nina West, which, cool, but I wanted to know more about him as a person.
Then I found this thing about him doing Hairspray. Apparently, he saw it on Broadway way back in 2002 and fell in love with it. He was just a young guy back then. That was a fun little tidbit. Made me think, “Oh, he’s been into this for a long time!”
I kept going, and I stumbled upon his TikTok. He’s got, like, 422.8K likes and over 7,000 followers. He’s got some videos of what he calls “video games in real life.” I didn’t really get it, but, hey, people seem to like it.
After that, I found this picture of him in Hairspray, all dressed up as Edna Turnblad, alongside Niki Metcalf as Tracy. He’s 43, it said. Looked like he was having a blast, all dolled up. That kind of made me smile, seeing him living his dream, I guess.
Digging Deeper
I wanted to go beyond the usual stuff, so I spent some time trying to find interviews or articles where he talked about himself, his life, not just Nina West. It wasn’t super easy, to be honest. A lot of the stuff out there is focused on the drag persona, which makes sense, but I was on a mission!
Eventually, I did come across a few things. I found a mention of an “intimate conversation” where he talks about his “experience of growing in fame.” That sounded promising. I couldn’t find the actual conversation, sadly, but it was something, right?
I also saw that he had quite a lot of followers on Instagram, over 7,000. But just 492 followings. There were a few pictures of him there. Nothing too revealing, but, you know, it added another piece to the puzzle.

So, after all this, what did I really find out about Andrew Levitt’s height? Not much, to be honest. It wasn’t the easiest thing to find. But I did get a better sense of who he is, beyond the drag persona. He’s a guy who’s been passionate about performing since he was young, he loves Hairspray, he’s got a bit of a following on TikTok, and he seems to be enjoying his life in the spotlight. He is also 43 years old. And he’s got a decent following on Instagram, too. It wasn’t exactly what I set out to find, but it was still a pretty interesting journey.
I might try to dig a little more later. Maybe I’ll find something about his actual height, who knows! But for now, I feel like I know a little bit more about Andrew Levitt, the man behind the fabulous Nina West.
