Alright, so I’ve been messing around with this Fortnite Festival thing, and I gotta say, it’s pretty cool. I jumped in ’cause I heard they switch up the free songs, and who doesn’t love free stuff, right?
So, first off, I launched Fortnite. Then I went to the mode selection screen to find the Fortnite Festival mode. There are two modes here, Main Stage and Jam Stage, I tried both of them, to be honest. Then I found out, apparently, the songs in the Item Shop change every week, like on Thursdays. That’s cool ’cause it keeps things fresh.
- Finding the Festival: It was easy, just gotta find it in the game modes. There’s a Main Stage and a Jam Stage – both are fun in their own way.
- Playing the Songs: It’s like those rhythm games. Hit the notes as they come down. Not gonna lie, I’m kinda hooked.
- Free Songs: Okay, this is the best part. They rotate the free songs weekly. And you know I love the band of The Weekend! So, I’m gonna make sure to check back every Thursday to see what’s new.
Also, I noticed that all the 285 Jam Tracks were added to the Weekly Rotation from December 12-15th, 2024, to celebrate Fortnite Festival’s one-year anniversary. What a good news, right? I can unlock more songs by doing challenges and leveling up. That’s gonna take a while, but hey, it’s something to work towards.
Getting More Songs
If you’re like me and want even more songs, there are a few ways to get them. I found that you can complete challenges, level up, and join special events. Seems like they really want you to play a lot, which, I mean, I probably will.
Anyway, that’s my little adventure with the Fortnite Festival for today. If you’re into music and like Fortnite, you should definitely check it out. Especially since they give you new stuff to play regularly. It’s a good time!
