Alright, so today I was dead set on finding that dang Cult of the Lamb Crown. Heard people talking about it online, this cool red crown thing, but nobody was exactly spelling out where. Figured, how hard could it be? Famous last words, right?
The Starting Point
So I booted up the game, loaded into the main cult area. First thing I did? Just ran around like a headless chicken. Checked all the obvious spots near my base – behind the temple building, over by the farms, poked around every little hut. Nothing. Zip. Nada. Started getting annoyed, thinking maybe it was only in later areas.
Hitting a Wall (Literally)
Gave up on the starting zone for a bit, decided to venture out. Did a few crusades, cleared a couple of areas. After one run, I was back at base, messing with buildings. Accidentally walked behind the giant skull statue near the sleeping area. Like, really behind it, jammed up against the dark edges of the map wall. Was just spamming the interact button out of frustration… boom!
No glowy effect, no fancy marker. Just a tiny little prompt popped up telling me to press the button. Couldn’t believe how easy it was to miss. Felt like a total dummy for running past that spot a hundred times.
The Payoff
Pressed it, and there it was. Simple little red crown just sitting there on the ground. Easy to grab once you actually found the stupid spot. Kinda underwhelming after all that searching, honestly!
What I Learned (So You Don’t Suffer)
Seriously, learned a couple things the hard way:
- Don’t ignore the edges: Especially the darker corners near walls or big objects. That crown doesn’t shine or stand out much.
- Press that damn button everywhere: Sometimes the prompt only shows up when you’re right on top of it, so just spam interact when you get near walls.
- Look behind the “big stuff”: That giant skull statue? That little space behind it? Check those blind spots!
- Forget the missions: Doesn’t matter what crusade you just finished. It’s always hiding in the main cult base. Wasted time on crusades for nothing!
Anyway, screw that crown! Took me way longer than it should have. Happy hunting… try not to throw your controller.
