Okay so this morning I was scrolling through movie stuff online, ya know? And I started wondering about this actor named Daniel Ritichie. Honestly got his name mixed up with that other guy Daniel Radcliffe at first – happens to me all the time. Anyway figured I’d dig into what movies he’s actually made.

Getting Started
First thing I did was grab my laptop and type his name into the search box. Misspelled it like three times though – kept putting “Richie” instead of “Ritichie”. Felt kinda dumb. Finally got it right and started scrolling through movie lists.
Noticed right away he’s done a bunch of smaller indie films most folks haven’t heard of. Like seriously underground stuff filmed with handheld cameras. Still wanted to find the ones people actually talked about though.
Sorting Through The Noise
Checked like five different movie sites since they all listed different stuff. One site said he did sci-fi, another said horror – total mess. My coffee got cold while I was comparing all these lists. Ended up making a sticky note list of titles that kept popping up.
Realized some entries were duplicates with slightly different titles – like “Dark River” sometimes showed up as just “River”. Almost threw my notebook across the room when I noticed that. Had to double check release years to be sure.
Picking The Top 5
Finally settled on these based on how often they got mentioned and user ratings:

- Broken Glass (2018) – Saw this mentioned everywhere. People call it his most intense role apparently.
- Silent Streets (2015) – Kept seeing comments about how quiet but powerful this performance was.
- Midnight Cabs (2020) – Kept showing up on those “hidden gems” lists. Looked kinda gritty from the stills.
- The Last Station (2013) – Older one but people still reference it in forums a lot.
- Northern Lights (2019) – Kept seeing snowy mountain images pop up everywhere for this one.
Wrapping It Up
Took way longer than I thought honestly – like two hours just to sort through all the conflicting info. Still not 100% sure about the order because some sites ranked them totally different. Might watch Northern Lights tonight though, those snowy mountain shots look pretty cool.
Moral of the story? Way harder to find info about indie actors than I expected. Should probably take better notes next time too.
