Alright, let me tell you about this zombie pose thing I tried out.

How It Started
So, I was just messing around, feeling a bit stiff one afternoon. You know how it is, sitting too long, everything just kinda locks up. I think I saw something somewhere, maybe a video clip or a picture, somebody doing this goofy ‘zombie’ stance. Didn’t think much of it then, but it popped back into my head.
I thought, “Okay, what the heck, let’s give it a shot.” Wasn’t really expecting anything, just curious, maybe loosen up a bit in a weird way. Didn’t look up instructions or anything fancy, just went with what felt like a zombie pose should be.
Trying It Out
So, I stood up right there in my living room. First thing, I let my arms go completely limp, just dangling by my sides. Then I kinda raised them forward, like in those old movies, you know? Elbows slightly bent, fingers kinda loose. It felt super awkward at first.
Then came the posture part. I hunched my shoulders forward a tiny bit, let my head hang slightly. Tried to keep my face blank, like, zero expression. That was harder than it sounds, I kept wanting to smirk.
The final touch was the walk. Or shuffle, really. Took these small, stiff steps, dragging my feet a little. Moved really slowly across the room. I must’ve looked ridiculous.

- Arms forward, kinda stiff but also loose? Weird combo.
- Shoulders hunched.
- Slow, dragging steps.
- Blank face attempt.
Did it for maybe a minute or two. Honestly, the main thing I felt was self-conscious, even though nobody was watching. Didn’t feel much of a stretch or anything profound. My arms started to feel a bit heavy after holding them out, even loosely.
What I Reckon Now
Tried it a couple more times over the next day or so, just for kicks. Didn’t really become part of my routine or anything. It’s… well, it’s a zombie pose. Good for a laugh, maybe? Or if you’re actually acting like a zombie for Halloween or something.
Didn’t really do much for my stiffness, think I’ll stick to actual stretches for that. But hey, it was an experience. Now I can say I’ve genuinely tried walking around my house like the undead. Not the most useful thing I’ve ever done, but it passed the time.
